Compensation Surveys and Consulting
Integral part of BHRC solutions is annual Compensation Surveys and prognosis of compensation changes.
In Lithuania first compensation survey was performed in 2007 by Fontes under the brand Baltic Salary Survey. BHRC cooperation with Fontes ensures possibility to provide information on compensation in all three Baltic States.
We continue active cooperation with sector associations in Lithuania, providing information on compensations and its comparison in the leading economic sectors.
Compensation Survey is a comparison of compensation in the company and the market.
Information on salaries, incentives, bonuses, relieves and benefits for performers of different positions, as well as on tendencies of employee compensation policy and forecasted changes in salaries in particular market segments and in the labour market in general is summarized in it.
