BALTIC HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTING, a subsidiary of FONTES LATVIA, was established in 2008.
FONTES LATVIA was established in 1996 and now is the leading consulting company in Latvia, which offers executive search and solutions in general and human resource management. In Estonia FONTES was established in 1991.
BALTIC HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTING (BHRC) consults organizations on organizational design, performance management, management assessment and development, outplacement, remuneration issues, constantly provides data and forecasts about compensation changes.
Known and widely recognized in the Baltic market are BALTIC SALARY SURVEY compensation surveys. In 1995 first compensation survey was carried out in Estonia, in 1996 – in Latvia, and in 2007- first survey in Lithuania. BHRC actively continues cooperation with industry associations; thus, offering compensation information and its comparisons both in the leading market industries and over the Baltic market.
BHRC cooperates with SHL which is a leader in personnel assessment and development and AIMS INTERNATIONAL LIETUVA which was established on the grounds of TES/Talamasca Executive Search that has been operating in Lithuanian market since 2006.
